Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at Yeovil Pen Mill station.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling a range of tickets and services to our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sell a range of tickets and services to customers, including processing sales and handling customer complaints.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of ticket machines and IT equipment.
- Accurately complete all accountancy and other associated documentation.
- Maintain ticket vending machines at the station.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Customer service experience and knowledge of sales principles.
Yeovil Pen Mill is a busy station with services towards London Waterloo, Weymouth, and Gloucester.
Working PatternThis role will require you to work a variety of shifts, including early starts and late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays.
