Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team at JW Lees.

• Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage stock, and maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
