Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Elastic Cloud Storage Senior Solution Architect to support our enterprise-level client in the UK. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility while contributing to critical projects.

Contract Details:

- This is a short-term engagement requiring a total of 40 hours.

- The position is entirely remote, but candidates must reside in the UK.

- A background check and drug screening are mandatory.

Essential Qualifications:

- Expertise in ECS Solution Support, Cloud Data Migrations, Object Scale/Elastic Cloud Storage, and ECS Services Global Solutioning.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with ECS Sync and ECS Native Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the migration process by transitioning network traffic from existing endpoints to newly established resources within the ECS during the cutover phase.

2. Generate new Centera clip lists and oversee the migration of data between previously validated records and new entries.

3. Provide support for application cutovers, which may occur outside of standard hours.

- Availability is required between 10 PM and 6 AM UK time for planned cutovers, which may extend from 8 to 10 hours depending on the application and data volume.

- Three cutover sessions are anticipated, necessitating the candidate's availability during the specified hours.
