Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the health and safety of employees by following H&S procedures and ensuring that work areas comply with all necessary health and safety regulations.
* Assess equipment reliability and process methods to minimize equipment downtime and in-process scrap.
* Perform effective and efficient maintenance duties, including calibration, across all plant equipment.
* Ensure that maintenance engineering requirements are clearly articulated, validated, and incorporated into new process/product development.
* Ensure complete compliance to prescribed Company Quality Standards, procedures, and processes.

Requirements:

* ONC/NVQ/HNC/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (or relevant)
* Experience in preventative maintenance systems, manufacturing support, and improvements
* Experience within a highly regulated quality environment
* Familiar with problem-solving tools and their application
* Working knowledge of PPM and TPM techniques
* Excellent team player
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office suite
* Acts with integrity; takes accountability for accuracy and quality of work
* Understands and delivers internal/external customer focus
