Your Role: We are seeking a qualified Registered Manager who is enthusiastic about ensuring the highest quality of care for young people. This position entails managing a residential home that accommodates three young individuals.

Opportunity for Growth: This is a unique chance to contribute to the establishment of a new residential service, playing a key role in its design, implementation, and launch. As part of the CANW management team, you will embody our values and principles, advocating for the rights of every individual to be safeguarded, to make informed choices, and to determine their own care preferences.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People services or an equivalent qualification. Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders, including families, social workers, Ofsted, and other professionals, is essential.

Regulatory Compliance: In accordance with Ofsted regulations, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Have worked for at least two years in a role relevant to the residential care of children within the last five years.
  • Have at least one year of experience supervising and managing staff in a care capacity.
