Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Partnerships Associate to expand our presence in new categories. As a key member of our team, you'll identify and recruit new sellers, become a go-to expert in your category, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert in your category, including seller/buyer dynamics, community channels, influencers, and product nuances.
  • Source and onboard new sellers, leveraging social media, outbound channels, and in-person events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and top strategic partners to support their growth and meet their needs.
  • Develop business growth strategies and communicate product improvements and feedback to partners.
  • Spearhead diverse marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers.
  • Utilize data analytics skills to derive insights from projects and enhance process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role in high-output environments, such as strategy consulting, private equity, or partnerships at a fast-paced tech company.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project management skills, and ability to fully own strategy and execution.
  • Business acumen, analytical skills, and comfort with understanding and manipulating data to gain business insights.
