**Role Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an exam invigilator. As an exam invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and fairness of our exams.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Verify the attendance and identity of candidates
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to candidates before, during, and after exams
- Maintain a quiet and orderly environment in the exam room
- Address any queries or issues that may arise during exams
- Escort candidates to and from toilets or other facilities, if required
- Ensure no unauthorized materials or devices are brought into or used in the exam room
- Collect and secure exam scripts and materials at the end of exams
- Complete relevant paperwork and records

**Requirements**

- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional and respectful attitude towards students and staff
- Calm and confident manner in dealing with situations
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
- Willingness to attend training sessions and briefings as required
