We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team at Butlins as a Venue Manager in the Buffets Department.
As a Venue Manager, you will play a vital role in helping our guests create unforgettable dining experiences. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional and entertaining holiday experience.
This role will involve split shifts with our breakfast and evening dining times, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training, and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.
You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlins' way of working.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
You will have the ability to drive consistent brand standards while being guest-obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do.
The role will also involve analyzing KPIs and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins and adhering to food safety and health & safety policies.
You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests.
You should be an advocate for your team's fulfillment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 1:1s and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlins.
As with all roles at Butlins, no day will be the same, and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with prior experience in hospitality, such as a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is important.
You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 1:1s and coaching.
Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role, so you should be passionate about every interaction and seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
