Roadside Rescue Technician

As a Roadside Rescue Mechanic with The AA, you'll be the first line of defense for our customers in need. You'll be the one to provide assistance, reassurance, and a helping hand in times of crisis.
Your Day-to-Day- You'll be working independently, but as part of a tight-knit team, to respond to breakdowns and emergencies.
- You'll be driving to different locations, in all weathers, to provide assistance and support.
- You'll be working with a range of vehicles, from cars to vans and trucks, to diagnose and repair issues.
- You'll be communicating with customers, explaining complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
- A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Free breakdown cover from day one.
- 23 days' holiday (increasing with service) plus Bank Holidays.
