Audit and Accounts Senior Opportunity

iMultiply Resourcing is partnering with a leading independent Aberdeen-based accountancy firm to recruit an experienced Audit/Accounts Senior. This exciting role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and overtime, making it an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for a full or part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the senior management team in delivering audit and accounting services, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Plan, implement, and complete a variety of audit clients, supporting junior team members and taking ownership of complex file areas.
  • Communicate effectively with both junior members of the team and management, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements from client data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Manage and distribute workload among team members, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
  • A qualified accountant (CA/ACA/ACCA) with significant commercial audit experience and a high level of technical expertise.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an accountancy firm, with a strong understanding of audit and accounting principles.
  • ACCA/ICAS qualification or part-qualified, with a dynamic and proactive mindset.
