The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience with Microsoft Office applications. Key responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the sales team. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate sales activities, including logging active projects and communicating with accounts
* Maintain accurate records, including the subcontractors list and supporting documentation
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering telephones and performing office duties

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
