Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely and budget-conscious delivery of extensive refurbishment initiatives.
  • Coordinate the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers in a systematic and organized manner.
  • Manage project timelines and planning; identify and secure approval for any changes to the original project specifications.
  • Monitor project financials, including invoices from subcontractors and materials.
  • Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety regulations and practices.
  • Participate in regular update meetings with clients, senior management, and project coordinators, providing clear documentation and progress reports.
  • Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver timely management information and project updates.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors for future collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social housing refurbishment is essential.
  • Possession of relevant certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness.
