Overview:
Are you a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Specialist with a background in a dynamic manufacturing environment? This is an excellent chance to become part of a developing maintenance team in the role of Mechanical Maintenance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will:
  • Report directly to the Engineering Team Leader.
  • Conduct both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks on production machinery and facility equipment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide engineering and operational assistance to the manufacturing sector.
  • Adjust machinery to meet product specifications and performance standards.
  • Maintain automated inspection systems.
  • Execute fault diagnosis and corrective measures, along with machine inspections.
  • Respond to both minor and major equipment failures.
  • Perform preventative maintenance routines.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A solid understanding of fitting, turning, general fabrication, and the rigging and lifting of heavy loads.
  • A formal technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong drive, motivation, and commitment to achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, particularly with CMMS.
  • A collaborative mindset with a flexible approach to work.
