This role is ideal for a highly qualified Chemist (preferably at PhD level) with experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
Research Scientist Responsibilities- Lead research projects in collaboration with the team, from conception to manufacturing scale-up, to develop game-changing products.
- Develop novel crosslinkers and coatings through laboratory-based experimental work and literature research.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret analytical data, presenting findings to the team.
- Collaborate closely with team members to determine the technical direction of synthesis projects.
- Identify new project areas for future research programs, including conducting proof-of-concept testing.
- PhD level qualification (MSc also encouraged to apply if you bring strong experience) in chemistry or a closely related field.
- Strong background in synthetic organic chemistry.
- Strong appreciation of chemical characterization.
