About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Returns Assistant to join our client's team on a full-time basis. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, providing the opportunity to secure a permanent role within a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and checking customer returns and exchanges
• Repackaging goods to return to suppliers
• Managing shelf locations
• Organizing and maintaining return collection bays
• Completing general office duties, including copying, filing, and scanning

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse and returns experience is essential
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to work alone and within a team
• Excellent time management
• Experience working in a physical environment with heavy lifting
