About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Medicine Specialist to join our team at The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our respiratory department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical leadership and expertise in respiratory medicine, including the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions.
  2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  3. Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols, ensuring that our services are evidence-based and patient-centered.
  4. Participate in teaching and training activities, sharing your expertise with colleagues and contributing to the development of our respiratory department.
  5. Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in our services.
