Rehabilitation Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at Brainkind. As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with acquired brain injuries to regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

About the Role: Our Rehabilitation Support Workers work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists to provide personalized support to our residents. You will be responsible for developing independent living skills, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, and socializing.

What We Offer: As a Rehabilitation Support Worker at Brainkind, you can expect a competitive rate of up to £13 per hour plus £1 location allowance, 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, access to our Employee Assistance Programme, excellent training and support, company pension, group life assurance, eye voucher scheme, and free parking.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have genuine empathy for our residents, with the positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through the difficult times of their rehabilitation.
