Key Responsibilities
- Deliver recovery-focused assistance to clients in alignment with their personalized support plans.
- Utilize effective communication and engagement skills to foster a supportive environment.
- Demonstrate unconditional positive regard for clients, ensuring a nurturing atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the client's support network to promote their happiness, health, and success in achieving personal goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and incidents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Support the onboarding of new staff members and uphold cleanliness standards to prevent infection.
This role requires flexibility, as you will work on a roster that includes office hours, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts. Some positions will specifically focus on night shifts, providing essential support during those hours.
