Overview:

As a Maintenance Engineer with Nicholas Associates, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing automated plant machinery to minimize production downtime. You will provide technical support on all projects, installations, and breakdowns, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to machinery and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements:

  • Time-served apprentice trained or above in a relevant trade.
