Our esteemed clients, a reputable Estate Agent in Chigwell, seek an Aftersales Progressor to join their team. If you're a charismatic individual who prioritizes exceptional customer service, this role may be the perfect fit.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive package, including:

Up to £30,000 basic salary

Discretionary end-of-year bonus

Pension scheme

20 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 08:30 to 18:00

Key requirements for the Aftersales Progressor role:

Minimum 2 years' experience in progression within estate agency or new homes

Thorough knowledge of aftersales progression from start to finish

Local knowledge is advantageous but not essential

Excellent organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage a busy aftersales pipeline effectively
