We are seeking compassionate and dedicated care support specialists who are committed to ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all residents.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Care Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with manual handling and mobility support
  • Managing mealtimes and medication administration
  • Handling financial transactions and correspondence
  • Accompanying residents to health appointments
  • Facilitating engaging indoor activities such as arts and crafts, sensory sessions, and pampering
  • Supporting residents in community outings, including shopping trips, cinema visits, and recreational activities
