Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across various brands and business units within Takeda UK/IE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, acting as an intermediary between the marketing team and our fulfillment partner to ensure campaign briefs are created and executed against, within timelines and quality standards required.
  • Collaborate with local and EUCAN stakeholders within our Digital, Data and Technology functions to ensure integrated marketing technology requirements are fulfilled for the campaigns, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Drupal Content Management System, Brightcove (video platform).
  • Act as the voice of the marketer in the development stage, ensuring brand guidelines and best practice in content design and UX is followed.
  • Provide proactive actionable recommendations such as testing opportunities, audience targeting, and content selection based on analysis of metrics and audience data.
  • Digital-based project management experience/exposure.
  • Understanding of front-end digital experiences and familiarity with API integrations.
  • Experience of the development and delivery of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, including user acceptance testing.
  • Driven by desire to use data and analytics to shape customer experiences.
