This community features modern apartments designed for individuals aged 60 and above, situated in a location that offers convenient access to essential amenities.
Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate school hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new residents and assist them in acclimating to their new homes.
- Deliver a professional front-of-house experience, greeting all visitors warmly.
- Act as the primary contact for residents, providing assistance, support, and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to ensure seamless estate management.
- Represent McCarthy Stone to families and friends of residents.
- Address resident concerns with sensitivity, maintaining confidentiality and respect for privacy.
- Oversee the management of the development's gardens and grounds, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
- Encourage social engagement and help residents fully enjoy their retirement lifestyle.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Outstanding communication skills with a proactive approach.
- Significant experience in a customer service-focused role.
- A professional demeanor with a commitment to high standards.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and varied work environment.
- Resilience and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices is advantageous.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Previous first aid qualifications are a plus, though training will be provided.
