A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading firm in the property industry as a Senior Lettings Manager. This role offers genuine potential for large-scale growth and development, making it an ideal position for an ambitious and self-motivated individual.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the expansion of the Lettings Department and maintain the company's standing as a market leader.
- Build and expand the Lettings business, identifying future opportunities to enable the office to continue to grow.
- Develop and evolve the Business Plans for Lettings, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the office at head of departments meetings, promoting internal relations with other office departments.
- Meet with each Lettings staff member to conduct Business Review meetings on a monthly basis, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant Housing legislation, National issues, and attend appropriate training to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Produce and regularly update literature relevant to the Lettings Department, ensuring all offices follow the corporate code and literature is readily available to the public.
- Conduct Lettings Staff annual appraisals, recruit new staff as necessary, and arrange and monitor all Lettings Staff training and development programs.
- Deal with any staff grievance issues raised within the Department, maintaining adequate sickness records and ensuring all Lettings staff are aware of Health and Safety issues relevant to their offices.
- Proven responsibility for strategic growth of teams, via recruitment and organic growth.
- Proven ability to develop skills and enable personal and professional growth of individuals.
- Able to delegate effectively for maximum results, motivating team members to achieve successful team working and individual performance and engagement.
- Experience of successful conflict management and performance management, ideally with ARLA qualification.
