Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily lives, encouraging independence and participation in activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of residents
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • SVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Registration with the SSSC within 6 months of starting the role
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings, including regular sleepovers
