About the role

Mercedes-Benz of Loughton has an exciting opportunity available for an individual with a customer service or sales background.

As a Mercedes-Benz sales representative, you will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them on their journey to buying a new car.

Our sales team works a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE, you will also benefit from subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be beneficial.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
