Job Title: Country Manager

Grand Circle Corporation is a leading international travel company that aims to change the lives of our travelers, employees, and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to join our team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and drive the effectiveness of regional staff to develop new programs and achieve quality goals.
  • Drive the hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing of tour guides for products.
  • Create a strong team of high-performing tour guides who exemplify the company's culture, values, and team spirit.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the regions and work from home.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience managing offices of an international tour and travel company.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendors in the travel/tourism business.
  • Ability to implement the company's performance-driven strategy with a strong focus on excellence.
