Your Responsibilities

• Preparing breakfast and lunch, adhering to designated menu plans
• Cooking and preparing both hot and cold meals
• Setting up workstations with necessary ingredients and tools
• Ensuring proper food storage in compliance with safety regulations
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Presenting and garnishing dishes according to established standards
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, and colleagues
• Assisting in the completion of all opening and closing checklists for shifts

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or cooking environment is essential
• Culinary certification is preferred
• DBS check is required
• Online learning opportunities available to achieve Food Safety Level 2/3 certification
