Job Title: Senior Financial Leader
Job Summary:
Taylor & Francis Group, a leading academic publishing and business intelligence company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our accounting team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and review of our financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in financial leadership and team management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial leadership and team management, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.
