Financial Strategist

Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategist to join their team in Tamworth. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and delivering strategic objectives.
About the Role- Support the Finance Director/Financial Controller in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with business directors and key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance financial performance.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the finance team.
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA/QBE or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate financial data and produce insightful reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and impact senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with business directors and key decision-makers.
