Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our manufacturing operations in Winsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production schedules, and ensuring the smooth completion of customer orders and agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and office, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
- Manage the completion of customer orders and agreements, ensuring all work is completed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Handle the management of production schedules to meet customer demands and project timelines.
- Lead projects from startup to completion, ensuring all milestones are met and outcomes are successful.
- Outsource contracts as needed, while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Effectively manage office staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high productivity.
- Quote jobs effectively, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in pricing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management, particularly within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience in managing production schedules and ensuring customer demands are met.
