Anaesthetist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our Anaesthetic Department, you will play a vital role in enhancing our service and contributing to the care of our patients.

About the Role:

• Join a cohesive and supportive team of around 30 anaesthetic SMOs and 11 anaesthesia trainees.
• Contribute to the out-of-hours service and participate in ongoing education and improvement of our service.
• Work in a collegial environment with a range of surgical and medical specialties serving a diverse patient population.

Requirements:

• Hold either FANZCA or an equivalent qualification that would lead to specialist registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
