Stalking Caseworker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Stalking Caseworker to join our Multi-Crime team in Devon and Cornwall. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to victims of stalking, working closely with them to develop and implement safety and support plans.

• Develop and deliver safety and support plans for victims of stalking, providing resources, interventions, and information to ensure their well-being.
• Work closely with volunteer supporters to provide a seamless service to clients.
• Liaise with local providers to share information on our service offer and options for victims and survivors.
• Contribute to the development of our stalking services, working collaboratively with the team to drive improvement and innovation.

• Understanding of the impact of crime on victims, including stalking, domestic abuse, and hate crime.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience of delivering services in a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and care.
• Personal resilience to manage exposure to highly emotional or sensitive demands of the role.
