Position Overview: As a result of significant growth, they are seeking to appoint a Sales Operations Strategy Manager to enhance the Commercial and Financial Planning functions of the organization.
Location: This role offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office attendance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and document comprehensive sales processes and tools to empower the sales team.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources to perform effectively.
- Oversee and refine the internal CRM system, ensuring alignment with sales processes and maintaining high data quality.
- Deliver data-driven insights and analyses to inform sales strategies and enhance operational efficiency, including sales funnel and pipeline assessments.
- Facilitate visibility and performance tracking by building and improving the data and reporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate with sales and finance leadership to establish target and compensation frameworks.
- Provide administrative support for partner onboarding and sales order workflows.
- Conduct forward-looking commercial analyses to support effective business planning.
We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in Sales Operations Management, particularly within Financial Planning and Analysis, ideally in a growth-oriented Software or SaaS environment.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales productivity tools, including best practices for utilization, integration, and reporting.
- Demonstrated business acumen with excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively, coupled with strong project management skills.
