Sales Operations Strategy Manager

Company Overview: Our client is a prominent provider of solutions in the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Communications Provider as a Service (CPaaS) sectors.

Position Overview: As a result of significant growth, they are seeking to appoint a Sales Operations Strategy Manager to enhance the Commercial and Financial Planning functions of the organization.

Location: This role offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document comprehensive sales processes and tools to empower the sales team.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Oversee and refine the internal CRM system, ensuring alignment with sales processes and maintaining high data quality.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and analyses to inform sales strategies and enhance operational efficiency, including sales funnel and pipeline assessments.
  • Facilitate visibility and performance tracking by building and improving the data and reporting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance leadership to establish target and compensation frameworks.
  • Provide administrative support for partner onboarding and sales order workflows.
  • Conduct forward-looking commercial analyses to support effective business planning.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in Sales Operations Management, particularly within Financial Planning and Analysis, ideally in a growth-oriented Software or SaaS environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales productivity tools, including best practices for utilization, integration, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively, coupled with strong project management skills.
