About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Recovery Worker to join our team at HMP Millsike, a brand new Category B men's prison. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recovery plans to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Lead a team of recovery workers to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patient progress and adjust recovery plans as needed
