The Role

We're looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team in London. As a Fettler, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, and our workshops are efficient, well-managed, and always up to standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance services for bicycles of all types
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Accurately diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repairs and parts
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs and transactions
  • Ensure the workshop is clean, well-organized, and well-maintained
  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve business goals
  • Support mechanics in their role, whether it's sharing knowledge or providing support with customer service queries
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience working as a Mechanic or Senior Mechanic
  • A passion for cycling and fixing bikes
  • Excellent customer interaction skills, both in person and via email
  • Proficiency in using technology in the workshop on a daily basis
  • A willingness to share knowledge and help others progress
  • Experience navigating multiple B2B platforms to find the right part for the right bike
