Fantastic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and passionate Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work closely with the service users to develop and implement personalized care plans, taking them out into the community and engaging in various activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices
  • Ensure the safety of service users
  • Follow care plans for each individual
  • Take service users out into the community
  • Varying levels of personal care
  • Drivers are essential due to the location
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available
