We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior HR Business Partner to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our People function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders, holding regular reviews to review their people, and working with other teams to complete talent reviews and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Hold regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people
  • Work with other teams to complete talent reviews and succession planning
  • Support with upskilling of managers and managing employee relations cases
  • Support with new store openings and closure processes, and deal with TUPE processes
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working in the private sector
  • Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
  • Experience of working within a highly customer-centric or retail environment
  • Confident working with data
  • Natural curiosity and ability to solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to make impact and build effective relationships
  • Ability to collaborate, persuade and influence
  • Assertive, resilient and tenacious with ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities

Working Hours
  • 40 hours per week
