Chief Technologist

La Fosse is seeking an experienced Head of Technology Solutions to join our team and lead the design and delivery of technology solutions that empower people with complex disabilities to fulfill their potential.

We are working on an exciting new opportunity with a charity that is undergoing a period of transformation. The successful candidate will own the technical platforms and architecture for the technology estate, with a particular focus on the application and user experience.

• Manage technical delivery for business-driven projects, from solution design to service transition
• Collaborate with senior managers to translate strategic priorities into practical projects and programmes
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the Technology Solutions team, including carrying out people management tasks
• Support internal projects across the organisation that impact or involve the team

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar senior role, ideally in a charity or social care environment. They will also have a thorough knowledge of technology solutions, including Applications, Platforms, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Integration.
