The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in external communications, exceptional writing abilities, and a knack for engaging with the media. They should be a proactive collaborator with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the external communications strategy and establish objectives and performance indicators
  • Oversee public relations efforts and collaborate on media stories
  • Support Redgate's relationships with analysts and manage content initiatives
  • Develop a strategy for environmental, social, and governance communications
  • Identify and execute projects aimed at improving external communication

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in external communications, ideally within a technology or B2B context
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities
  • Experience working with media outlets and international organizations
  • Strong ability to cultivate internal and external relationships while working under pressure

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
