About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at Luton Hoo Hotel & Spa. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest laundry, dry cleaning, and uniforms are clean and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all guest laundry, dry cleaning, and uniforms are clean and in good condition.
  • Ensure that all repairs to uniforms or guest garments are carried out promptly and efficiently.
  • Check all guest laundry, dry cleaning, and uniform invoices to ensure that all goods match the delivery notes.
  • Be responsible for guest laundry, dry cleaning, and uniforms within the hotel and in transit to and from the laundry.
  • Ensure that all lost property is taken promptly to Housekeeping and correctly logged.
