As an Assistant Financial Accountant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Issuing daily unique capital expenditure project reference numbers upon receipt of project documentation.
  • Assisting with resolving business rates reclaims queries by contacting local authorities and the NHS.
  • Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for site disposals and acquisitions.
  • Raising monthly and quarterly property-related sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Reviewing and maintaining the utilities master database.
