Loughborough University is seeking a skilled Plumbing and HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our Estates and Facilities Management team.
The successful candidate will work as part of our onsite maintenance team, completing planned and reactive maintenance across the university campus, including schools, student accommodation, professional services, and tenant buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical services, including plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Work with the technical response team to ensure asset management, health and safety, and work processes are followed to complete tasks on time and to budget.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mechanical services systems and equipment.
Requirements:
- City and Guilds Technical Qualification or equivalent.
- Recognised indentured apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience.
- Full Driving Licence required.
- Previous experience in repair and maintenance of mechanical services.
