Role Overview: We are looking to appoint several Trustees to our newly established Board. The ideal candidates will offer governance and strategic direction for Your Prosperity Group CIC, contributing both their expertise and enthusiasm for our mission.

Desired Expertise: We are particularly keen on candidates with backgrounds in:

  • Financial Services
  • Non-Profit Sector
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Banking
  • Fundraising
  • Government Institutions

Meeting Structure: The Board convenes quarterly, with meetings typically held in Rochester or London, and an option to participate via virtual platforms. Each meeting lasts approximately 3-4 hours, with an additional 2-3 hours required for preparation by reviewing relevant documents. Extra meetings may be arranged as necessary.
