About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. As a key member of our client services team, you'll be responsible for managing projects, scoping work, collaborating with internal teams and the design studio to seamlessly plan workflow, and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects on time, on brief and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns and projects from brief to completion
  • Be the key point of contact with clients – day-to-day client communication and liaison
  • Interrogate, write and deliver briefs to the studio, quality checking, and feeding back on creative against the brief
  • Work closely with internal teams including Design, Digital and Copy
  • Plan workflow - build realistic project plans that enable deadlines to be met
  • Management of finances - monitoring all budgets and costs on jobs to ensure projects are delivered within budget

What We're Looking For

You're currently an Account Manager or Project Manager, with agency-side experience, working on print and digital projects and campaigns, seeking your next challenge. You'll be responsible for building valued relationships with clients, managing projects, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
