Job Title: Sales Focused Patient Advisor

Prestigious and rapidly growing luxury aesthetics business seeks a sales-focused Patient Advisor to manage all incoming new client enquiries concerning aesthetic treatments, converting these into treatments and consultations. Discussing treatments face-to-face, closing both treatment and product sales.

About the Role
  • Customer liaison ensuring five-star services at all times, converting enquiries into appointments
  • Managing the new customer enquiry process, liaising with Clinic team
  • Identifying and resolving any issues concerning customer enquiry process
  • Meeting and greeting clients, sales of treatments and products
  • Contacting existing clients with updates and offers
  • Creating regular reports demonstrating conversion of enquiries for management
  • Diary management
  • Administration and Front of House cover
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in a similar role with a passion for aesthetics
  • Enthusiasm to be part of achieving business growth
  • Proven sales experience working with new patient enquiries, converting these into consultations/appointments and face-to-face treatment and product sales
  • Ability to meet targets and KPIs consistently
  • Professional attitude and presentation with the ability to liaise confidently with a high-profile clientele
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service-focused
  • This is a key role in the organisation where you will take ownership of driving new business
