Role Overview:
This position primarily focuses on HVAC maintenance, encompassing both planned and reactive tasks, including troubleshooting and repairs. Responsibilities will also extend to various light maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC systems, including air conditioning.
  • Serve as the primary contact for PPM and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance at dedicated sites.
  • Perform additional tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp replacements, basic plumbing, and general fabric maintenance.
  • Work independently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality planned and preventative maintenance, along with fault diagnosis and repair.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must possess HVAC qualifications, specifically Level 2 and F Gas certification.
  • Experience in performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks is essential.
  • Strong general knowledge of mechanical and HVAC maintenance, along with familiarity with general facilities management trades.
  • Local residency with willingness to travel within the region.
  • Proficient IT skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
