Embedded Systems Software Engineer

Carrier is seeking a highly skilled Embedded Systems Software Engineer to join our team in a Firmware and Test Development role. We specialize in the development of wireless safety systems, including fire detection devices and evacuation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test interfaces on new embedded projects
  • Develop and implement automatic and semi-automatic testing
  • Design and implement unit test frameworks
  • Develop firmware for new product development

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Experience with laboratory test equipment
  • Knowledge of source code repository management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
