We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as an Electrical Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take their first step into Learning and Development and make a real difference in our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage compliance training for our team
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
  • Manage relationships with training suppliers and vendors
  • Obtain and upload certificates into our People system
  • Liaise with employees and managers to ensure seamless communication
  • Use our People system to keep records up to date and accurate
  • Perform ad hoc administration tasks to support the People team
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle large volumes of work
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across the business
