We seek a capable individual with the necessary skills and experience to join our team. You will provide support to our Specialist CAMHS Service and act as a deputy for the Team Manager during their absence.

Your role will encompass delivering efficient and precise Business Management to CAMHS and external partners, as well as engaging in the recruitment (TRAC), selection, and onboarding of new personnel.

The successful candidate may interact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust, we strongly advocate for vaccination as it remains the most effective means of safeguarding yourself, your family, your colleagues, and, of course, patients and service users within our healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Business Management assistance to the Specialist CAMHS Service and serve as a deputy for the Team Manager in their absence concerning designated tasks.

• Engage in the recruitment (TRAC), selection, and onboarding of new personnel.

• Deliver efficient and accurate Business Management to CAMHS and external stakeholders.

• Hold operational accountability for the effective functioning of the CAMHS service, including associated access objectives.

• Undertake line management and oversight of administrative staff.

• Actively participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and the broader Transformation team.

• Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside a relevant Business Qualification or a commitment to pursue one.

• Adhere to the Children Act, Data Protection Act, Human Rights Act, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

• The Trust promotes inclusive decision-making and seeks to appoint and retain a diverse workforce that reflects the local community.

• Be operationally accountable for CAMHS access targets for the service.

• Support the analysis, implementation, and monitoring of CAMHS processes.
